Finland: Black Sheep is the first single from Elifantrees sixth album featuring their original drummer Olavi Louhivuori.

The forthcoming album was recorded in eight different countries, with eight different drummers around the globe, all with a very different approach towards drumming. The music on the album is created on spot by vocalist Anni Elif and saxophonist Pauli Lyytinen together with each drummer and was recorded on a portable studio by sound technician Joonas Saikkonen.

The full-length album will be out in the beginning of 2021.

“The encounter of these seven brilliant musicians is no show off but a concentrated listening experience.

Tölöläb's and Elifantree's musical meeting is a successful experiment that brings hope for the future of Finnish art music.”

"This colorful entity grows into an impressive and rememberable piece of art.”

"What a glorious, mad, brilliant display! If jazz went mad and invented a new kind of cake, this would be it.”
